Warranty
The Brook Gen-5 Fighting Board comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the board and its components under normal use.
On arrival: please test the board when it arrives. If it is dead on arrival, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund, return shipping included.
Not covered: normal wear, physical or liquid damage, damage from incorrect wiring, power surges, modification, or firmware flashing gone wrong, or misuse.
To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@fravex.in with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
