Register your Fravex product to activate its 6-month warranty. Select your product, tell us where you bought it, enter your order/invoice number and upload your invoice. Your warranty runs for 6 months from the purchase date shown on the invoice.
Warranty Terms
All Fravex products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the controller board, internal wiring, USB cable and housing under normal use.
On arrival: please test your product when it arrives. If it is dead on arrival, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund, return shipping included.
Buttons & switches: pushbuttons and microswitches are wear parts, covered against manufacturing defect for 30 days; spares are available to buy after that.
Not covered: normal wear, physical or liquid damage, damage from opening or modifying the unit or flashing firmware, power surges, or misuse.
Making a claim: message us on WhatsApp or email contact@fravex.in with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video.
