Where we ship
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Dispatch time
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either hold the order until stock arrives or refund you in full — your choice.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days within Karnataka and metro cities, and 4 to 8 working days elsewhere in India. Remote pin codes can take longer.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier backlogs are outside our control, though we will help you chase a delayed parcel.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Tracking
We send a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, message us and we will check.
Packaging
Small parts such as buttons, balltops and levers are packed so they do not move in transit. Boards are shipped in anti-static packaging. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address and phone number before paying. Couriers in India often call before delivery, so a reachable number matters. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can reship it once you cover the return and redelivery cost.
