Where we ship
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Dispatch time
In-stock orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day after payment clears. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either hold the order until stock arrives or refund you in full — your choice.
Delivery time
Within Bengaluru, delivery is usually same day or next day. To other states it typically takes 3 to 4 working days. We ship mostly by air courier with Delhivery or DTDC, and remote pin codes can take a little longer.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier backlogs are outside our control, though we will help you chase a delayed parcel.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. No shipping charge is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Minimum order value: ₹300. Because we cover the courier cost ourselves, orders need to total at least ₹300 (including GST, before any coupon). You can mix any products to reach it — for example, two buttons in different colours or sizes, or a button with a cable.
Tracking
We send a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, message us and we will check.
Packaging
Most items are carefully bubble-wrapped so they do not move in transit. Qanba arcade sticks ship in their own original manufacturer box. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address and phone number before paying. Couriers in India often call before delivery, so a reachable number matters. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can reship it once you cover the return and redelivery cost.
