Sanwa GTX-Y Octagonal Restrictor Gate — JLF / JLX

The Sanwa GTX-Y is a colour-coded octagonal restrictor gate for Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT and JLX-TP-8YT joysticks. It comes as a clear square gate frame fitted with a yellow octagonal insert, giving the lever a defined 8-corner throw instead of the stock 4-way square.

The octagonal feel helps land 360°, half-circle and quarter-circle motions — fireballs, dragon punches and spinning piledrivers — more consistently. It swaps in place of the stock gate, and the insert can be removed to return to a square feel; no permanent modification.
