PS4 / PS5 USB Passthrough Authentication
The onboard passthrough port carries a licensed controller’s authentication so the board stays recognised on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. A wide range of official controllers, adapters and arcade sticks work as the authentication source — the compatibility list is a sample, not limited to those devices.
Note: DualShock 4 (DS4), DualSense (DS5) and clone controllers do not support authentication passthrough.

Firmware Updates
The board ships with the latest GP2040-CE firmware preinstalled. To update:
- Download the latest GP2040-CE build for the RP2040 / Pico Fighting Board from the official repository.
- Unplug the controller from the computer.
- Press and hold the white BOOT button on the board while plugging into the computer.
- Copy the GP2040-CE
.uf2file onto theRPI-RP2drive that appears. - Once complete, the controller restarts and is detected as a controller again.
Advanced Configuration (Web Config)
- Hold the START / web-config button while plugging the controller into a computer.
- Open a browser and go to
http://192.168.7.1
From there you can adjust controller settings, configure RGB LEDs, reset settings and more.

The Fravex PS5 Adapter carries a 6-month limited warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Please test on arrival and contact us within 2 days of delivery for any dead-on-arrival, faulty or incorrect item.
