Warranty
The Fravex 16-Key Leverless Controller + PS5 Bootloader Combo comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the controller board, internal wiring, USB cable and housing under normal use.
On arrival: please test your controller when it arrives. If it is dead on arrival, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund, return shipping included.
Buttons: the pushbuttons and microswitches are wear parts, covered against manufacturing defect for 30 days; spares are available to buy after that.
Not covered: normal wear, physical or liquid damage, damage from opening or modifying the unit, power surges, or misuse.
To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@fravex.in with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
