The Brook Gen-5X is a solderless PCB for building or upgrading a fightstick or leverless controller. Unlike boards that rely on PS4 legacy controller support, the Gen-5X is natively recognised by the PS5 — so it works beyond fighting games, including shmups and other titles that never supported legacy pads.
It auto-detects the connected console: PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, and PC in XInput mode. No mode switching required.
