Sanwa GTX-R Square Mod Type I Restrictor Gate — JLF / JLX

The Sanwa GTX-R is a colour-coded restrictor gate for Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT and JLX-TP-8YT joysticks. It comes as a clear square gate frame (GT-8X) fitted with a red insert (GTN-R) that gives the lever a square throw with rounded corners, a hybrid between square and round.

It keeps the defined cardinal directions of a square gate while the curved corners make rolling between directions smoother. It swaps in place of the stock gate, and the insert can be removed to return to a standard square feel; no permanent modification.
