Crown / Samducksa CWL NEW HELPME-DX — White
The NEW HELPME-DX is the updated version of Samducksa’s Help Me lever, built from the gameplay feedback of long-time Korean Tekken player Help Me, who inspects the lever himself. Samducksa rebuilt the inside of the lever to remove the small wobbles that cause accidental inputs, and it ships with two actuators so you can tune it to your game.
What’s new
- Tighter bobbin, no wobble. On older levers, a little play between the shaft and bobbin let the lever shift slightly at neutral, and as the rubber aged it caused unwanted inputs. Samducksa now machines the inner coupling precisely to 7.52mm so the shaft sits tight with no play.
- New microswitches. The switch levers are widened to 5.08mm and made 0.6mm thick (the same thickness Panasonic switches use), so they do not flex or wobble. Fewer unintended commands.
- Two switch types working together. Samducksa pairs GSM-V1623A3 and GSM-V0303A3 switches, which trigger at slightly different points. Normally, making diagonals bigger also makes forward and back too sensitive. Mixing the two switches keeps the diagonals as wide as possible without making forward and back touchy.
- Silicone grommet, HTS 30. A violet 30-tension silicone grommet gives a springy feel with a fast return to neutral.
Two actuators included
- 16.2mm (standard): the default, suits every game.
- 16mm: for when you need neutral and command changes to register faster than easy diagonals, for example precise 236 / 623 motions or 6n23 for an electric wind god fist.
- A 16.3mm black actuator is also made by Samducksa for players who want the diagonals or neutral a touch different. It is sold separately.

Good to know
- Because the bobbin is so tight, fitting a new shaft takes a little extra effort. That is normal.
- Korean levers use .187 inch tab switches. If your stick’s PCB uses a Sanwa-style 5-pin lever plug, you will need a 5-pin to 8-pin harness (sold separately).
